Hi people!

Some extra fixes and tweaks added during the 12 hour jam extension.

Difficulty-related tweaks include increased max fuel, and airstreams being a lot easier to pass through vertically (the still push you off course, though!).

There are a bunch of visual changes, including a second villager sprite set, larger islands and buildings, better pick up zone positioning, and airstream particle sprites.
