Dude! I totally had a game idea like this in mind. Super inspiring to see someone has done something like this before.

The more, the merrier!

Surprisingly addictive!

I wished there was a lot more content lol :)

What language did you use in Godot? I`ve recently started to dabble in game design but I haven`t decided for an engine yet and whether I even want to learn code or rather use drag&drop first.

Anyways, if you feel like adding a thing or two to the game, would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for the game!

Hi hi! Glad to hear you enjoyed the game :)

Supply Chain was created as an intentionally small game to prompt thought on the dynamics of just-in-time supply chains. At the moment, I don't have any plans to expand the game.

The game's source code (which is entirely GDScript) is available on GitLab. If it's helpful, there's also an in-game event editor that can be accessed by pressing E when Debug Shortcuts are enabled.

Hope that helps, and best of luck with your own projects!

Thanks a lot!

Some features that would be nice to add to the game:

* A counter on each section of the chain to show how much of its current capacity is used.
* On the graphs for the reports, additional lines showing the resupply thresholds for each part of the chain, as well as additional bars showing the various random events.

Also, 20 rounds seems really long. Maybe track statistics mid-round (for better resolution on the statistics) and make the game last only 5 rounds, say?

Hi! Thanks for your thoughts.

Just to clarify, the game isn't 20 report periods long and continues to chart data beyond that. Supply Chain intentionally has no end, allowing players to play for as long or as short a session as they like.
